Shipping policy

Processing Your Order

All orders will be processed within 2-4 business days. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been fulfilled and ready to ship. If applicable, your tracking number will be sent to you via the email provided at checkout, so that you can track your order!

We ship and process your orders from Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. 

Local Pick-up 

We offer free local pick-up (contact-less) from Vaughan. The location will be agreed upon between you, the customer and a member of our staff. Please ensure you leave your correct email or phone number at checkout to ensure we can communicate with you once your order has been processed to confirm your pick-up time and location.

Canada Post Expedited Parcel - 2 to 7 business days


U.S Shipping 

Standard U.S Shipping: 4 -10 business days 

Canada Post Small Packet USA Air - 5 to 8 business days

Canada Post Tracked Packet USA - 8 to 13 business days

Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of our small business and focus on small batch goods, we do not have large quantities in stock, please let us know if you have any sizing or fit questions so we can help you make the right selection to help minimize any unhappiness with your orders.

We want you to love your purchases from us, so we invite you to contact us for consultation on fit, measurements, photos, fabric details and close ups, etc. so we can help you make an intentional choice on something you hope to keep.
At this time unfortunately due to COVID-19. We do not offer returns.

Order Inaccuracy 

We aim for perfection but sometimes we miss the mark. African Royalty will offer a partial refund for missing item(s). For the wrong item(s) we offer a replacement. Contact us within 10 days with your claim and order number.
 
Damages and Issues 

Upon receipt of your item(s) please inspect your orders and contact us within 5 days if the item(s) are defective or damaged upon arrival so that we can make it right. All claims for damaged or wrong item(s) require a photo that can be sent to africanroyalty14@gmail.com along with your order number.
